- Big Fish has made the difficult decision to end support for Toy Story Drop! at the end of August 2021 and the game will be shut down at that time. While it’s been our pleasure to bring this game to our players over the years, it will no longer be available for download or support after this date.

- Will I still be able to play after the game is shut down?
- After the end of August, you’ll be able to play any content that’s already been downloaded to your device. You won’t be able to download additional scenes, events, playsets, or make purchases.
- Why can’t I make purchases in Toy Story Drop!?
- Purchasing has been disabled as of August 2, 2021 to help ensure that all players have time to utilize any purchased goods before the game is shut down.
- Can I get a refund for purchases that I’ve made in Toy Story Drop!?
- We are able to assist with refunds for unused in-game items through August 30, 2021. Please see our Refunds help article for additional information
